BOYS ages 5+
for gymnasts/cheerleaders ages 6 and up
In this hour-long class, students are given drills that break down skills into achievable parts. Using the All-Star Cheer requirements as a guideline, tumbling skills have been divided into two progressive stages. Each student will work within the appropriate stage to their ability level. Time will be given at the end of each class to work lead-up drills for skills in the next stage so that all students get a taste of the skills they are striving for. Our focus is technically sound execution as cheer and gymnastics judges alike are looking for this in competition and it makes for a safe learning environment.
for gymnasts up to age 3
In this 45 minute class, the child and their grown-up explore the sport of gymnastics together under the guidance of a coach. There will be a short but structured warm-up that will incorporate music and movement, followed by organized play through an obstacle course on the floor, then another on a different apparatus. No more than two adults are permitted in the gym area with each student.

To keep things fun and exciting, events rotate on a weekly basis. There is a strength component to each class and there will be obstacle courses in the mix as well. Instructional emphasis is placed on safety. The course is designed to help boys build a sense of responsibility, impulse control and self-confidence while enjoying running, jumping, rolling, kicking and flipping.
