Please note: Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. Students remain registered in their class as long as tuition payments are up to date or until a drop form is submitted. No refunds. Memberships are required in order to be registered in any of the above classes or in our team program. All accounts must be paid in full prior to the student starting class. Tuition payments are debited monthly on the 20th of each month. Any declined payments are assessed a $20 fee and we provide a ten day window to bring the account up to date. Failure to do so will result in being dropped from the class and the late fee remains on the account. The fee must be paid upon return to gym. Any child who has not previously attended class at OXFORD HILLS GYMNASTICS and not doing a tumbling or pre-school class MUST start in the Explore (girls) or Boys Beginner class unless an evaluation is done by a staff member and are cleared to start in a different program. Make-ups are allowed for students who are still enrolled when doing the make ups. Open gym can be used as a make up. Make ups in another class must be scheduled in advance. When offered a spot from our wait list, we give a 24 hour window to pay for and claim the open spot. If starting balance is not paid for during this window of time, the spot will be offered to the next person in line. You will keep your spot on the waiting list for next time. In this 90 minute class, students work toward mastering more advanced skills. These students increase the intensity of their conditioning exercises to improve their stamina. Students in this class also work lead-up drills to prepare them for future skills.
In this hour-long class, students work toward learning skills they began in prior classes. They will also have new skills broken down into achievable parts until they too can be mastered. Along with skills, students in the Learn class also practice conditioning exercises to increase their strength, aiding in the acquisition of new skills. Gymnasts continue to work independently but are also spotted by the coach.

In this 45 minute class, the child explores the sport of gymnastics independent of their grown-up. Their coach will take the students through a structured but fun warm-up that incorporates play and imagination. They will be guided through an obstacle course on the floor, then another on a different apparatus.

In this 45 minute class, the child and their grown-up explore the sport of gymnastics together under the guidance of a coach. There will be a short but structured warm-up that will incorporate music and movement, followed by organized play through an obstacle course on the floor, then another on a different apparatus. No more than two adults are permitted in the gym area with each student.

for gymnasts ages 5+
In this hour-long class, students learn the basic gymnastics terminology such as body positions and skills. They are encouraged by the coach to try basic skills and conquer fears. Over time, the gymnast will develop confidence working on the equipment and be able to work independently at stations.
Does your child love to run, jump, roll and have FUN? We are now offering a NINJA CLASS! This is the perfect opportunity for your child to learn how to train like a ninja warrior in a safe and fun environment. We will combine obstacle training, gymnastics, and freestyle movement to create a fun and educational experience for your child.

REC TEAM by invite only, coed
During this hour-long class students will experience many different activities. Each session begins with a warm-up game and stretching. Students then participate in two gymnastic events. To keep things fun and exciting, events rotate on a weekly basis. There is a strength component to each class and there will be obstacle courses in the mix as well. Instructional emphasis is placed on safety. The course is designed to help boys build a sense of responsibility, impulse control and self-confidence while enjoying running, jumping, rolling, kicking and flipping. Skills gained in this class help students excel in other sports by increasing coordination, stamina and flexibility. It is a great supplement to any other physical activities your son may be involved in.
This is a mixed-ability, coed class. We stress and practice the importance of strong, sound basics. Students work parts of skills at stations until they are ready to execute the full skill. Students receive spotting assistance for skills they are ready for. We do not skip steps in the process for the safety reasons and also for the confidence of the athletes. We work with each student at their own pace as there is no timeline for how long it takes to learn a skill. Skills being worked on in class are at the coach's discretion. Each class, students supplement their tumbling stations with strength and conditioning exercises to build up the proper muscles used in the skills being learned.

Our rec team is coed and designed to provide competitive opportunities to students without the cost and commitment of our competitive team. This group is by invitation only but encourage all students who are interested to let us know. Our rec team gymnasts learn new skills, piece together routines and have the option to compete these routines in various meets in New England throughout the school year. Tuition does not include uniform and meet entry fees. Rec team can be supplemented by rec classes, if desired. Contact us for more information.
